IGNITE is a 60-minute high-intensity cardio-based with strength training elements. No barbells in this class but you’ll get your strengh work in using a variety of tools including, dumbells, kettlebells, medicine balls ect. The interval-based class incorporates rowers, bikes, running, light weights and more in a fast-paced and well-coached environment. IGNITE is open to everyone, and no previous Strength and Conditioning experience is required.
