Foundations

Our Foundations program provides people new to Strength and Conditioning an opportunity to get comfortable with Strength and Conditioning movements. This way new members are able to familiarize themselves with how their body moves, any restrictions they may have, and what their fitness level is. This ensures member safety and success as they begin to push themselves in regular classes.

With our unique and effective training program you will find cardio, weightlifting, accessory work, functional bodybuilding, plyometrics, gymnastics and mobility. Each workout is scaled to your fitness level so you can maximize results.

Personal Training

If you are not interested in group classes, we have a personal training program just for you. Our personal training program provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1-on-1 to reach your fitness goals.your training. IGNITE

NCFIT Iron Strong’s IGNITE is a total body conditioning program focusing on keeping you moving the entire class. IGNITE classes have the same structure and intensity of Strength and Conditioning class without the barbell movements and heavy lifting. Each session begins with body weight and strength progressions and ends with a challenging conditioning circuit. You won’t find a more effective HIIT class anywhere else!

Kids & Teens Strength & Conditioning

Our Kids program is for ages 6-11 years old, and our Teens program is for ages 12-17 years old looking to improve overall health, receive general strength and conditioning for sports and achieve peak fitness. Led by a coach, this program builds confidence, power, strength and endurance. It is appropriate for the beginner to the elite student athlete.
